Fabrication

Our workshops allow for a wide variety of specialist steel engineering projects to be fabricated to the most exacting standards on site.

Plus, our eight workshops, which collectively provide over 10,000m2 of dedicated fabrication space, are fully serviced with both overhead cranes and jib cranes able to provide 34 tonnes worth of lifting capacity.

CNC Equipment

Sustained investment in state-of-the-art fabrication machinery and equipment provides Adey Steel with a real cutting edge in terms of safety, efficiency and quality gains.

Our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment includes:

CNC Drill and Saw Lines
CNC Plasma Profiler
CNC Plasma and Plate Machining Centre
Semi-Automatic Submerged Arc Welding

Capacity

We have one of the largest specialist fabrication facilities in the UK with over 100,000 square feet of workshop space. Our 24/7 operation provides us with the capability to meet competitive lead times while maintaining the agility to respond to urgent requirements.

Furthermore, our five acre site contains large external storage yards allowing both raw materials and finished goods to be securely stored until required from customers.
