Adey Steel Win Order for Supplying Support Steelwork to Kitts Green, Birmingham
Specialist steel fabricator Adey Steel has won an order to supply support steelwork for a metals processing plant at Kitts Green in Birmingham.
The project, on behalf of a world-leading supplier and developer of products and solutions within the environmental technology sector, involves supporting heavy duct work in a Fume Abatement Plant which processes aluminium in melting and holding furnaces.
As part of the agreement Adey Steel will be modelling the design using Tekla Structures software to produce fabrication drawings for our team of fabricators and welders based at the company's HQ in Loughborough. The company's project management team is also working closely with the client to achieve smooth delivery sequences and ensure that all steelwork can be erected quickly and efficiently during the plants limited shutdown period.
