Key Internal Appointments to Lead to Stronger Leadership Team
The Adey Steel group has made a number of changes to its senior leadership team.
The Loughborough-based family-owned-and-operated specialist steel fabricator has given Robert Hall, Group Operations Director, responsibility for all project delivery teams within the Group.
Robert, who has over a decade of experience in major infrastructure works management in the UK, will continue to provide group wide ownership and expertise in the areas of Safety, Quality and HR.
Alongside this change, Richard Greasley has been promoted to Group Production Director, overseeing all fabrication and production activity throughout the Group.
Richard joined Adey Steel as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer in 2005 and has consistently worked his way up through the company structure by demonstrating outstanding leadership and technical capability. He brings a wealth of technical fabrication experience to the role, ensuring we continue to produce the highest quality, most efficient fabrication projects possible.
