Scope
Adey Steel constructed 3 standalone structures each weighing 32t as part of the completion of a new out of town office development. Each unit was fabricated, painted, installed, timber clad and glazed under Adey’s scope of works showcasing our ability to manage multiple elements of the building structure and envelope.
The aesthetic design involved rolled steel sections forming the curved roof structure with long spans allowing for large glazed atriums and long window runs. Exposed steelwork was painted with a durable paint finish to provide maintenance free operation for many years to come.
Other similar structures formed part of the scheme that Adey Steel manufactured, demonstrating our ability to provide high quality, turn-key steel building with a strong consideration for aesthetic design and sustainable materials.
