Rail Line Fit for A King Reopens
Steel fabrication infrastructure specialist Adey Steel has been involved in the transformation of Whitechapel Station.
The family owned-and-operated business supplied structural and architectural steelwork for the project, which went live in time for Queen Elizabeth's Platinium Jubilee in June 2022.
Adey Steel's involvement in the flagship project grew during the refurbishment programme. The installation process wasn't without it's challenges, with most of the fabrication work undertaken by Loughborough-based Adey Steel taking place seven floors below ground level.
